GALA DINNER

 Cost of the guest rooms has been held at last years rates, the price of Sarturday 30th May Gala Dinner has gone up slightly to £44 per head, children’s options are £17.95 per head. 

HOW TO BOOK
Whether you are staying at the hotel or attending for the dinner please follow the instructions below

1. Choose from the three options per course, for each guest in your party 

ADULT CHOICES: at £44 per head
Starters

• Soup of the day with crusty roll (vegetarian option)
• Chicken liver pate, red onion chutney and brioche
• Smoked mackerel and potato salad 

Mains (served with seasonal veg and potatoes)

• Braised beef steak, red wine jus
• Oven baked salmon supreme, lemon dill sauce
• Ratatouille stuffed aubergine, vegan cheese and herb crust, chilli tomato sauce (vegetarian option)

Dessert

• Bread and butter pudding with custard
• Apple tart with cream
• Lemon cheesecake (vegetarian option)

Child / Little Stars Menu at 17.95 / head

Starters

• Garlic bread
• Melon & strawberries
• Seasonal soup
• Crudites, tortillas & hummus

Mains

• Chicken goujons, chips & peas
• Cheese & tomato pizza, chips & peas
• Tomato penne pasta with garlic bread & salad
• Sausages & mash with gravy & peas

Dessert

• Vanilla ice cream & wafer
• Fresh fruit salad
• Chocolate brownie with cream
• Fruit Jelly

Blunsdon House Hotel are offering us a preferential booking rate by holding prices to 2025 rates.
In order to book following the instructions below is imperative, speak to Lyndsey or Sharon in the Events Team.
 
HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM AT BLUNSDON HOUSE HOTEL

Rooms in The Pavilion per night, inclusive of breakfast and use of the pool / gym facilities are;
£110 / night for a single room
£115 / night for a double or twin
£135 / night for a family room (double and a two-berth bunk). Please note the bunk bed has a weight limit restriction of 8st max (or children over 12years old) which may then require a separate / adjoining room. If this is the case best for guests to discuss needs individually with Blunsdon.
 
The Pavillon has a lift, fully accessible rooms are located in the main building, if you have specific access needs please discuss this with Blunsdon.
 
Alternatively you may wish to stay in the main building which while closer to the function rooms they are further from our dedicated parking area and do not benefit from the same views if you wish to stay in one of these rooms then the rates are:
£90 / night for a single room
£95 / night for a double or twin
 
Booking must be by telephone, Blunsdon are happy for guests to contact the hotel direct to book rooms by telephoning 01793721701 select option 2, this will put you through to Lyndsey or Sharon who are our contacts at Blunsdon and aware of the event.

When booking Blunsdon ensure that you mention  "Wolseley Hornet Special Weekend" (this will ensure the function rate is applied

Check-in will be from 3pm (although may be possible to have earlier check with Blunsdon in advance)
Check out by 11am.
